**Objects:** The objects of the CIO are, for the public benefit:(a) The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health (especially mental ill-health), disability, financial hardship or other social disadvantage (including in particular, homelessness) by any charitable means; and(b) The advancement of education of the general public about mental health, suicide prevention and homelessness through the provision of training, information and in any other exclusively charitable ways which the trustees from time to time think fit.

**Activities:** We are a mental health charity that provides early and timely intervention for people struggling with their mental health. We provide therapy to people and work to help people with their mental health, reduce homelessness and prevent suicide. We fundraise through events and people individually fundraising.
