Encouraging and supporting rural and urban regeneration and alleviation of poverty in Africa, in particular Sierra Leone by promoting sustainable development. Activities include: setting up ecotourism projects, establishing new livelihoods, promoting basic infrastructure (water, sanitation and health), supporting schools, raising communities self-esteem and promoting renewable energy.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity (‘the Objects’) Are:1. The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Or Financial Hardship In Sierra Leone And Such Other Parts Of Africa As The Trustees Shall Determine By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training, Healthcare Projects And All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient. 2. To Promote Sustainable Development For The Benefit Of The Public By: I. The Improvement Of The Conditions Of Life In Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Communities; Ii. The Promotion Of Sustainable Means Of Achieving Economic Growth And Regeneration. Sustainable Development Means “development Which Meets The Needs Of The Present Without Compromising The Ability Of Future Generations To Meet Their Own Needs.” 3. The Promotion For The Benefit Of The Public Of Urban Or Rural Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation By All Or Any Of The Following Means: A. The Relief Of Unemployment B. The Advancement Of Education And Training C. The Provision Of Housing For Those Who Are In Conditions Of Need; D. The Protection Or Conservation Of The Environment E. The Provision Of Recreational Facilities For The Public At Large Or Those Who By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances, Have Need Of Such Facilities; F. The Preservation Of Buildings Or Sites Of Historic Or Architectural Importance: G. The Provision Of Public Health Facilities And Childcare; And H. Such Other Means As May From Time To Time Be Determined Subject To The Prior Written Consent Of The Charity Commissioners For England And Wales
