**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

In 2025 the Toilets were painted inside and out by a local professional decorator– in detail: 

- The inside ceilings were painted white 

- The entry doors were painted gloss red 

- The moss was removed from the shingled roof 

- The roof shingles were treated with preservative 

- The outside eaves were painted white 

- The facia board to the bus shelter was painted white 

- The wooden safety barrier was painted black.

**Brief statement of the** While we have no formal reserves policy, with the agreement of all **charity’s policy on reserves** Trustees, approximately £6000 in reserve in case of accidental damage or vandalism.  Generally, the maintenance of a toilet by the local community is greatly appreciated but there has been occasional vandalism and reserves are necessary for these unexpected repairs. **Details of any funds materially** None **in deficit**
