Promoting and furtheiing the understanding of the arts. including without limitation works of the Art Nouveau and Art DecD
Periods.
Acouiring and maintaininE land if thought appropriate by rhe Directors). disposing of. works of art, includinE Wlthout limitation
work5 of the Art Nouveau and Art deco periods.
Establishing and maintaining a sitelsl for the exhibition of any or all of such works of an.
Lending any such.

3.To prornote such other purposes in any part ol the wodd as are charitable according to the laws ol England and Wales.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The Charity received additional funding from one of its founders dunnE the 2024 year and made donations to 20 other charities
during th3t year. The tru5tee5 believe thatthese donatLOn5 will help to improve the livès of m3ny people in the future.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
As detailed in the Statement of Financial Activities, the Charity's reserves at the year-end amounted to £73,28812D23.. £36,662) of
unrestricted funds. The Charity will hold these reserves and fijrther funds as they are received as a buffer f¢* operating costs and tL>
distribute in line with the objettives of the foundation.
