The Wallingford Accessible Boat Club is a community oriented organisation which aims to enable disabled people - wheelchair and ambulant - out and about on the River Thames in the Wallingford district. It is a wholly voluntary operation and its activities revolve around a wheelyboat - a flat-bottomed craft with drop-down bow - that allows users to embark and disembark the boat simply and safely.

Objects: To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation For People With Disabilities, Their Families And Supporters With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life By Providing Water-Borne Leisure And Recreational Opportunities In And Around The Community Of Wallingford And The Wider District (Ox10 And Adjacent Districts).
