**Objects:** 1 TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF COGNITIVE DISABILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADHD, AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS, LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AND SOCIAL ANXIETY, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS;2 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** Our main activities are a weekly technology club (Tech club), 4-5 events per week through the school holidays and a surf club which runs through the spring and summer months (Wave Riders). In addition, we support the parent carers who attend these activities with their children through social gathering and relaxation opportunities.
