**Activities:** Spear inspires and helps unemployed young people overcome disadvantage by focusing on the key issues that help them to succeed in work: attitude, confidence and qualification. 1) Spear Foundation, involves 90 hours of face-to-face coaching over six weeks and 2) Spear Career lasts a year and provides mentorship and coaching in finding and staying in work.
