posltion of the churth thls Is not alwaysfeaslble. Unfortunatrly, thls was not èchleved In 2024.

recovered was £10.820. Our loose plate. regular gMn8 and income from serv￿5 was
slightly Ific￿a5ed. We also re￿Ived 8iftfrom the Peter Lithom Charity of £275. Income

Total expendItU￿ was £105,744 whith induded full pa￿nt of our Parlsh sha￿ {£55162)
Expendlture included: heatin& L¥ht and T*ater rats&" £5718; WTrra8e expenses of £2,565;
Repairs arKI malntenance was £2,153. The wages for Partsh Admlntstrator and thaner and
payments to our Worship Leader for 2024 came to £13.131. Our rrthe givlng amounted to
£9.235 and Harvest Appeal carne to £2,783 Twhich was divided between Stable charity
and Merry Rescue Tnst. There was also £2,367 spert on the upkeep of the churchyard.
The end of year saw a decrease In fvnds ty £2,423.
For 2025. we are again wedicti￿5 a shortfall d￿ to reduced corgregations and increased costs. A
stewardship campaÉn at the end of ￿5t year was encoura8lng and we hope to build on that thls
comlng year. The PCC Ss aware and Is worklng wlth the Dlocese and wlll closety scrutlnlse all
expenses duri￿ the year to try to minimise the defKIL
It Is the PCC polky to malntsln a resef¥e balance on wwe$l￿ whlch equates to 3 month's
general runnin8 costs plus one mon￿$ salary costs and redundanLy liabllities for pald
ernployees. Thls was revlewed in November 2024 arnl remalns at £25Cn) and will be reviewed
annualty. It Is held to smooth out fi￿tIOnS In cash llow and to meet emer8enaes.
