The festival was held live and branched back out into evening events and satellite locations. With story telling stints in venues around town the total number of individual sessions was 30. No sessions were streamed online. Over £7500 was obtained from the generosity of Local Businesses, incl £1500 from Literature Wales, £2000 from Carm. County Counil and £500 from the Llandeilo Town Council. Ticket sales revenue after fees reached over £10,000, up from £6000. We spent a lot on Marketing to reignite interest and offered all authors payment and expenses of £150

Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)

Adding The Kids Fest at the Lit Fest in the yr Hen Farchnad with involvement of schools and free activities in the hall added huge interest and footfall, as did the story telling and music recitals all around town. Businesses’ and visitors feedback from our feedback forms was overwhelmingly positive, with almost all giving us top marks for venues, speakers, value for money, festival overall and marketing.
