As the charity Trustees, who are also directors lor the purposes of company law, are responsible lor the preparation ol the
accounts in accordance with the ￿quirementS of the Companies Act 20061'the 2006 ArtI_
Having satisfied rnyself th81 the accounts of the Cornpany are not required to be 8udited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and
are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination ol your charity's accounts carried out under
seGtion 145 of the Charities Afyt 2011 Ilhe 2011 Art'l. In c3trying out my examination I have followed the DireGtions given by
the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl ol the 2011 Act.
