She is a motivated individual with strong<br>communication skills who likes to volunteer for a good<br>cause and make positive changesinthe lifeofthe most<br>marginalised young people. Her role as a Trustee and<br>Chair is to ensure the organisation is keeping in line<br>with its principles and purpose, which are set out inour<br>governing document.<br>Our current Director Layla Yahya, is oneofthe other co-<br>FoundersofBigger Heart. She possesses strong<br>interpersonal skills and is abletoidentify gaps in society<br>and design creative tools to address them. Layla is<br>passionate about young people and children and that<br>drives all her work.<br>Hermain roleisto act as a liaison between the boardof<br>trustees and the restoftheorganisation, and ensures<br>project delivervisin line with the charitv's obiectives.|
