## **Trustees:** 

The following trustees held office throughout the financial year 2022 Chair: Brian Johnson 

Treasurer: Dermot Preston Secretary: Emma Newman Pauline Ong Michael Corlett 

An additional trustee, Murray Nee was appointed in November 2022 

In accordance with the constitution, two trustees, Emma Newman and Michael Corlett stepped down at the 2022 AGM of the Friends of Didsbury Park. Both re-applied and were elected by the members for a further term. 

## **Principal Activity:** 

The principal activity of the Friends of Didsbury Park is the maintenance and improvement of Didsbury Park. 

## **Operations Report** : 

2022 has been another thriving year for the Friends of Didsbury Park. A record number of volunteering hours of work has been undertaken (6456 hours) and many major projects to improve Didsbury Park have been successfully completed. In a national competition during 2022, the public voted Didsbury Park, the accolade of being the “most favourite” park in Manchester.
