**Objects:** TO PROVIDE AND/OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND/OR SERVICES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PRESERVATION, PROMOTION, SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE, ASSISTANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF DIDSBURY PARK AND ITS IMMEDIATE ENVIRONS.

**Activities:** In the last 10 years members and volunteers have done over 50,000 hours of work in the park in the face of ever more severe local authority cuts, thereby preserving the park as an invaluable amenity and now regularly attaining the highest standards in the Britain in Bloom competition; being voted the "most favourite" park in Manchester and awarded the King's Award for Voluntary Services in 2023
