The promotion of community partltipation in
healthy recreation for the public benefit in the
area of Brockworth, in particular by the
provision of facilities for the playin8 of rugbv,
football and other sports, such facilities to
included a combined sports club and wlthout
distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of
polltlcal, reli8ious or other opinions by
associatlng together the said fesldents and the
local authorities. voluntary and other
organisations in a common effort to advance
educatlon and to provlde facillties in the
Interests of soclal welfare for recreation and
leisure tlme occupation with the objective of
improvin8 the condltlons of Ilfe for the
resldents.
