Section D Achievements and performance

## **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**

## **Sing! Together**

This programme has attracted more members attending the weekly sessions, and in December 2024 put on a highly successful concert that celebrated both the Soham and Ely groups.

We have also secured funds during this financial year so that both groups can continue through 2024 2025 financial year including a successful National Lottery Bid that came through in December 2024.

## **Management**

We are pleased to report that Trustee membership has stayed stable through the financial year 2024 2025. One member left after a successful 3-year term, and we were able to welcome a new Trustee on board.

We use Trello as a tool for communication and information, in addition to email, finding it helpful to have a central place for everyone to access, as well as WhatsApp to speed up communications when needed.

Overall, a successful year for All In Sound.
