Sing! Together
Al the start of the financial year, we were still funning sessions on Zoom.
but from September 2021 V￿ have been able to meet in person with a
robust Risk Assessment for our vulnerable partictpanls. who live with
dementia and their carers. The group have We￿Orr￿d this, and we have
also been able to wekxIn￿ many new mefflber5 as well as welcome back
those attended pre£ovid.

who acts in a key management fo￿ of £9,130 for the provision of music
leadership and £3,OCKJ for management and administrative expenses. All
payments are fulty agreed in advan￿ with the Board of Trustees.

Funding has been secured to aNow this programme to be o)ntinued in

Rocks and Pebbles
Funding applirats'ons have been successful meaning that we G8n
progress with the proFct. and after a few delays due to Covid restsictions
and people's 0)nfiden￿ to meet in groups during 2021. whiL* meanl the
funding couldn't be spent, sessions will happen in May 2022 and July
2022 wtth bereaved young peop￿. This project is a collaboration with All
In Sound, Resonan￿ Creative Theiapy. Chikl Bereavement UK, and
Noah's Ark Children's Hospice.
Management
Imilst we had a trustee resign in eatty 2022, we were pleased lo reL¥Uit a
new one in late 2021 and continue lo review the prC￿e$S of recxuiting
new trustees to ensure we have enough in place.
We have slarted to use T￿110 as a tool for communicalion and
information. in addits'on to email. finding tt helpful to have a central place
for everyone to a￿ss. as well as Vthat&4pp to speed up
cornmunications when needed.
