The advancement of the Christian religion and education in Torah for the
benefil of the public Ihrough the holding of meetings that include
teaching, prayer, and worship, as well as the celebration of the Biblical
feasls, and the production of video teachings and articles to educate
others about the scriptures.

We are a small ¢hur¢h that holds meetings every Sabbath (Saturday) that
are open to the public dLtsring which we have teachings, fellowship,
prayer, and a meal. We have a wider audien￿ for our teachings online
of people who live loo far away to attend our Ghurch every week and thus
we work to provide good quality videos of our teachings for our online
audience.
When planning our activities for the year our trustees have considered
the Commission's guidan￿ on public benefit and in particular the specific
guidance regarding charities for the advancement of religion. We seek to
teach people about the Scnptures and how to live out their lives in
accordance with it, as well as offering pastoral care. and hosting the
celebration of the feasts found in the Scripttjres. The trustees have also
considered the Commission's guidance specifically regarding the relief of
poverty in that we have also provided some financial relief to the poor
who were unable lo meet their basic needs.

Achievements and performance
This year we held our regular meetings every sabbath (Saturday)
wherein we teach the Scriplures, pray, share a meal and fellowship and
offer pastoral care. We provided financial assislance to some to enable
them to come to our sabbath meetings. We also have a number of
people who consider themselves part of our congregation but they are
unable to attend because they live far away We have been able to
livestream our weekly meetings online as well as post midweek videos
and videos on the Biblical feast days to provide people with teaching and
a sense of community even when they could not meet in person.
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
We h¢JSted the celebrations of the Biblical feasts this year (i.e., Passover.
Pentecost, the Feast of Trumpets, Yom Kippur, and the Feast of
TabernaGlesl. We hosted a celebration of the Feast of Tabemacles for
congregants in the US who follow our teachings and consider themselves
part of the fellowship, but who live too far away to attend our weekly
meetings. We were able to assist some financially with the ability to travèl
to and keep these Biblical feast days and to pay for some group meals
for these ￿lebratIOnS.
We have also been able to aid in the relief of poverty by offering some
relief to those facing financial hardship including members of our church
who were unable to meet their basic needs and struggling to pay their
bills, afford petrol money, and to move house.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of The Way Biblical
Fellowship Ithe Trust) for the year ended 5th April 2025.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of th8
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the 'Act'l.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section
145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed 311 the
applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the
Act.
