Respectlvg The charity's executive committeellrustees are responsible for the
responsibilities of preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Executlvo Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").

and Examiner The charity's executive committeeltrustees consider that an audit is not
required for this year under section 144 01 the Act and that an independenl
examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to-
examine the accounts under seclion 145 of the Charities Act.
to follow the applicable Directions given by the Charlty Commission
(under section 145(5llb} of the Act, and
lo state whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basls of My examin81ion was carried out in accordance with general Directions
Independent given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
examinerf5 accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
statemont presented wlh those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanalions
from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an
audil, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fair, view and the report is limited to those m8tters set
out in the statement below.
