Doncaster Lions Club trustee meeting 13th of January 2025 

Meeting opened 6:30 p.m 

Present Brian Ross, Ian Muir, Alan Prendergast 

(observing club members of Doncaster Lions) 

The trustees were informed that the accounts for 2023 2024 had been checked by Julie Pitcher. Senior risk analyst with Close Brothers bank, she had found the accounts in good order with no mistakes errors or emissions. 

The trustees voted to accept the accounts and submit a summary to the charity commission 

The trustees reviewed our activities of 2023 2024 and agreed that's all activities have been operated in accordance with charity rules
