## **Context & Scene setting:**
- Continue to raise enough to cover the cost of our annual Friends traditions.
- Christmas gift for each child
- Easter egg (or dietary equivalent) for each child
- Parentkind annual membership
- There continued to be reduced capacity on The Friends committee with some key long standing members standing down. We have however had new members join on a regular basis which will help to increase future fundraising efforts.
