## **Structure, Governance and Management**
Launchpad Charitable Trust is a Charitable Incorporated organisation and is governed by its Constitution. The founding trustees are actively seeking new trustees, who have a wish to support young people, from among their contacts.
## **Objectives and Activities**
The principal purpose of Launchpad Charitable Trust is to advance the education of young people under the age of 25 for the public benefit by making grants and awards, offering education and providing accommodation. The trust also wishes to promote crafts, craftsmanship, scientific research, industry and commerce and to support newly formed enterprises and those employing young or socially disadvantaged people. By supporting the training and education of young people Launchpad Charitable Trust seeks to reduce unemployment for the benefit of the public and promote social inclusion.
## **Achievements and Performance**
In the year 2020, the charity continued with training and fulfilling the other objectives, the welfare of the young people must be ensured to aid their growth. There were several young people using the accommodation along with the facilities on the site.
## **Financial Review**
Rental income from various young people using the accommodation was received along with a donation to support the work.
