I report on the accounts of the clwity for the year ended 31 December 2024
Respeetive responsibilities of trnstees and examiner
The Clwity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charity's
trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities
Act 2011 and that an independent eXan)i￿On is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
(i) Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 ACL
(2) To follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission under the section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 ACL and
(3) To state whether particular matters have come to my attentio
Basis of independent examiner's report
My exaMin￿on was carried out in accordance with the genernl Directions given by the
Charity Commission. An eXamI￿tion includes a review of the accounting records kept by the
li
Charity and a cornparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
considcrdtion of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations
from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently I do not express an audit
opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent examiner's ststement
In connection with my examination, no matter Iw come to my attention:
(a) Which gives me ieasonable cause to belicve that in any material respect the requirements:
I. To keep accounting records in accordance with section 386 of the companies
Act2006; and
II. To prepare accounts wbich accord with the accounting records and comply with
accounting requirnents of scction 396 of the Companies Act 2006 and with the
methods and
principles of the Statement of Rccomrnended Practice: accounting and Rcporting
by Charities have not been met: or

The board of Trustees have adopted a policy of training all prospective
Trustees at least four weeks before they take up their position to enable
them to reflect on their responsibilities. Prospective Trustees will also be
given the opportunty to ask any questions before accepting the post.
All strategic and major financial decision involving expenditure more than
£500.00 has to be approved by the board of Trustees.
The board of Trust￿ has considered major risk facing the church and are
confident that the system in place is adequate to deal with any major
eventualities.

During the year the church organised worship and teaching services as
well as prayer meetings. During these meetings the congregation had
the opportunty to join in corporate worship as well as be taught the
words and doctrines of the Christian faith.
Prayers were also said for people who needed spiritual healing and
strength. Counselling was given to others to build their spiritual life.
The church also took part in evangelistic work to advertise the services of
the church and services.

The church has beneffted from ServI￿S rendered by the volunteers in the
running of the churth activities and the Trustees are very grateful and
look forward to more support coming from more members ofthe church.
The church will invest any spare resour￿ in only bank deposit with
guarantee retum of interest without the risk of.losing the capital
hvestment. The church will not invest in any share dealing or any
commercial ventures

Achievements and performance "At
The church successfully organised church services and teaching services
throughout the year.
Successful harvests were also organised to raise funds for the church
activities. It did hope that the culture of fundraising in this respect will
continue play significant role in the coming years as the church continue
to expand its activities.

The church also had interdenominational Servi￿ which has widened the
church's publicity in the communrty. The church will continue to broaden
its appeal to indude many more church es in its catchment.

It is the policy of the church to have in its bank account a ready cash
reserves of not less than £10000 to cover the church fixed expenses and
unavoidable overheads at all ts.me to ensure that the church can run its
