The charity was dormant during the financial year and did not undertake charitable activities, fundraising, or trading.
During this period, the trustees focused on governance, compliance, and strategic planning to ensure that the charity is appropriately structured and sustainable before commencing operations.
This included reviewing trustee appointments, establishing administrative systems, and exploring delivery models consistent with the charity’s objects and ethos.
No income was received, and no expenditure was incurred during the period.
The trustees are satisfied that the charity is now well-positioned to begin seeking appropriate funding and to deliver its charitable purposes in future financial periods, including the provision of anti-bullying support and educational services.
