Annual report to the charity commissioners (y.e. 31.08.2024)
Mary Platt Methodist Pre-school
Charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) 1178800
The year to end August 2024 was another positive one for our preschool. The year was filled with growth, laughter, learning, and so many proud moments—and it’s all thanks to the unwavering support of our families, staff, volunteers, and community.
We continue to hold a “Good” Ofsted rating. Our amazing team of educators and support staff have gone above and beyond to create a safe, stimulating, and loving environment. Their passion and care are the heart of everything we do. We remain indebted to the leadership of our setting Manager, Aimee.
In 2023 - August 2024 we saw a number of changes within our committee with the joining of 3 new trustees to replace those who left our board. Including myself who joined the board at the end of the 2023 school year.
We look forward to an exciting new school year in September 2024 - where we hope to increase fundraising and then focus on facility improvements across the preschool outdoor space.
