Friends of Red Row is an unincorporated charity governed by a constitution adopted in accordance with the Charities Act 2011. The trustees are elected or appointed in line with the constitution, with regular meetings held to oversee activities and financial decisions.
The charity works closely with the staff and leadership of Red Row Primary School to ensure all funds raised are used to directly benefit the pupils and enhance their school experience.
3. Objectives and Activities
The charity’s objective is to advance the education of pupils at Red Row Primary School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities, resources, and experiences not normally provided by the local education authority.
To achieve this, the Friends of Red Row organises fundraising events and uses the proceeds to support enrichment activities and educational resources for the benefit of all children at the school.
4. Achievements and Performance
During the reporting year, Friends of Red Row successfully held the following fundraising events:

Summer Fair: A community event that raised funds through games, stalls, and refreshments.

Easter Raffle: A well-supported seasonal fundraiser generating additional income. - Easy Fundraising Donations: Passive income was received through online shopping donations from supporters using the Easy Fundraising platform.
The funds raised enabled the charity to:
- Host a Halloween Disco for the pupils, providing a fun and inclusive event for all children. - Contribute financial donations to the school, allowing the purchase of additional educational resources and materials to enhance classroom learning experiences.
These activities not only raised valuable funds but also strengthened community spirit and engagement between parents, staff, and pupils.
