Section C Objectives and activities
Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
To raise awareness of mental health and well-being to all staff across the Emergency and Essential services by providing peer support networks with links across the UK. To also raise mental health awareness and support the families of Emergency and Essential services staff and to signpost and support colleagues where required.

The Trustees have held a Weekend for Emergency Service families which was well attended. The weekend gave families a chance to reconnect in a safe space. The Charity also continued with Therapy sessions with Pete Lewins Emotional Support Dogs and these sessions could not occur without the kind support from the North Yorkshire Water Park. Several Trustees have also attended the Emergency Services Show in Birmingham.
The charity was invited to the launch of the Blue Light Card Foundation in Leicester and several Trustees attended.

The Charity has continued to provide help and advice through its Social Media pages.

Section D Achievements and performance
The Charity was able to continue to support members of Emergency Summary of the main Services but has found that there have been reduced income from achievements of the charity donations and time given by volunteers. during the year The level of support to the Charity has reduced overall which is a concern and thoughts will have to be made to bring in new members and Trustees. The Social Media posts and advice have continued to be popular and the Charity continues to have a large group of followers online.
