Section C Objectives and activities
Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
To raise awareness of mental health and well-being to all staff across the Emergency and Essential services by providing peer support networks with links across the UK. To also raise mental health awareness and support the families of Emergency and Essential services staff and to signpost and support colleagues where required.

The Trustees continued with holding several Weekends for Emergency Service families which were well attended. These weekends give families a chance to reconnect in a safe space.
The Charity also continued with Therapy sessions with Pete Lewins Emotional Support Dogs and these sessions could not occur without the kind support from the North Yorkshire Water Park.
Several Trustees have also attended the Emergency Services Show in Birmingham, and also were invited to attend the Mental Health Symposium in Manchester.
Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
Several OBL volunteers also attended the “Light the Lakes” event to support other Police charities.
The Charity has continued to provide help and advice through its Social Media pages.

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
The Charity was able to continue to support members of Emergency Services but has found that there have been reduced income from donations and time given by volunteers. The Social Media posts and advice have continued to be popular and the Charity continues to have a large group of followers online.
