Trustees Annual Report for Year to end of June 2025 ObJe¢tlv8s and Actlvltles Barnstaple LnS Club is a voluntary organisation and a member of the Intemational Association of Lions Clubs based in the United States of Amerlca. Bamstaple Lions Club is registered as a Charilabl8 Incorporated Organisation from 6th June 2018. The objective of the Club is to take an acllve interest in the civic, cultural, social and rnoral wetfare of the community. Also, to encourage service minded people to seNe their community without personal financial reward. The Club rnembers arrange fund raising events and sepiice aclivities locally to raise money, it relies on the surpluses made on these events and donations from the public to provide the funds with whlch to carry out its objectives. All administrative expenses of the Club are met from subscriptions paid by members. General Management The Tnjstees have followed the general guidance as laid out in our Constitution and By-Laws when dealing with all the activities of the Club. All grants and business decisions of the Club is ratified by the members. Flnanclal The Bamstaple Llons Club manage two bank accounts, for the administration of the Clubs business affairs (International, Multi-Dislrict, District and Insurance fees), a fundraisinglcharity account to promote activities and the Clubs Charitable donations. A grant was received from the Bamstaple Town Council of £1,000 for a Picnic in the Park event on 25th May 2025 It is the club's policy to maintain unrestricted funds so that they are available for allocation when required to meel our club objectiV25 for charltable donations. The Club does not hold any monetary Investments or Assets and has no liabilities. Community SeThlce Actlvlties The objective of the Club is to carry out Community projects
