## **STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT** 

The charity is controlled by its governing document, the Constitution dated July 2017. 

## _**Trustees**_ 

Current trustees have been drawn from GBS Ministries and all serve in a voluntary capacity. 

## **OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES** 

## _**Objectives and aims**_ 

The primary object of the charity is “The relief of street children and young people in poor countries and the UK, who are in need and socially or economic disadvantaged, including but not limited to homelessness, lack of education, ill-health, starvation, child abuse and poor parenting.” 

## _**Significant activities**_ 

We have continued reaching out to homeless children and assist them with clothes. Those who have became adults received from us lots of clothes to help them support themselves. Distribution continued throughout the year at the DRC Christian and Missionary Alliance premises in Kinshasa. 

## **FINANCIAL REVEW** 

The accounts are presented within this report; they have not been audited. 



We have not been able to carry out any income generating activities this year; a small amount of income was raised from a regular donor and some local churches.
