The organisation slructvre consists of four trustees who are primarily responsibl8 for the management
of the entity. The trustees meet quarterly, with all moetings rninuted. All trustees shall hold their positio

The charity is still ¢omrnitted to d8livering weekly loolball-based community aclivilies to the people of
Ashton-under-Lyne and surrounding areas. through varlous prtsle¢ls and Initiallves. Using the power of
footLTall as a tool lo engage with the local community, the Foundation has deliv8red successful projects to
advlt8 Wlth ￿arTring difflcullSesldisabillli6s, vulnerable famili88. School Children in receipt of fre8 school
meals via Tameside MBC, Military Veteran5 and men over SO ye8rs old 8s part ol our Walking Football
programm8.
We have worked with various organisatlons durlng the financial yearsuch as the Am)ed Forces Covenant
Fund Trust. Tameside MBC. Man¢h8ster FA, Limitless Mentorfng. AG Training, DWP, Be Well Tameslde.

During the next tW81v8 monlhs, we are looklng to subrnlt a funding applicatk)n lo the Nation81 Leagug
Trust to carry out a'Healthy Curzon, project to improve health and wellbeing with participants attending
our various sessions, we'll continue lo deliver our Comrnunity Coach A¢livalorApprentiee5hip for adults
with learning diificultiesldisabilllles along with creating an over 65's Walking Football team, to compete
in the Greater Manchester Walking Football League each manth.
So despite a few funded projec15 coming to an end during the previous and this financial period, the
future is looklng belter for the Foundation over the next y8ar 8nd onwards.

The loundatlon has obtaSned successful funding in order to fund 811 core costs and project delivery.
