2024. The Flnancial Staternents have been prepared in accordance wlth the accounting policies set out on page 9
and crynply with the charity's tnjst deed and applicable law.
Structure, Govemance and Management
The Ashley Tabor.King Fwndatlon Is constituted under a trust deed dated 31 May 2018. created by the settlor.

Risk management
The Trustees have examined the major strateglc. buslne5s and operatlonal rtsks which the tharity faces an
conflrm that system5 have been establlshed to enable regular reports to be produced so that suth risks are
continuously monitored and that appropriate steps can be taken to le55en these risks.
Objectlves and Actmtles
The objects of the charity are the advancement of any charitable purp)ses for the publlc benefit as are
exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wale5 as the trustees may from time to timè
detemiine.

In meeting the objectives the TrLbStees have given careful c¢nsideratlon to the Charity Commlssion's general
guidance on publlc benefit and Judge that all ￿c￿at50ThS made meet thi5 guidance. All donation5 are listed In note 4
on page 10.

Achievements and Performance
The Foundation received initial fundlng on 31 May 2018 followlng which the Trustee5 have Started to apply their
funds in accordance with the objectives of the Foundation and their giant makTrng policy. Donations totalling
C350,ODO have been rnade in the year 12023 £1,334,600) and are detalled in rK>te 4 of these Financ5al
Statement5.
Reserves pollcy
The Trustees, pDiTrcy is to maintain their continu5ng level of SUPPDrt under the grant making poilcy that they have
a2reed, If income r@%ource5 are insufflcient to cover the grants then recourse is made to the other fund5 of the
Triist. The Tru5Eees dt) not consider that any rninimum level of resources is required.
Plans for the future
The Twstee5 intend to continue providing grant5 in a similar way lo the recent past but retaininq flexibility as to
the liming, and gcale of grant rnaking.

Three of the F￿ndatIon'S Trustees, namely Ashley Tabor-King, Stephen Miron and Emma Brai11ey (who resigned
as a Trustee on 18 May 20231 are rTrembers of the Global Academy, who the Foundation made a £1,134,600
donation to in the pievious year. The Trustee minuies confirm that the above Trustees were excluded from the
deci510n whether to donale to the Global Academy.
13 Post year end transactions
After the year end, a Deed of Gift wa5 signed on 30 April 2024 committing £1,000,000 to the London Air
Atllbulance Service.
