TO PROVIDE SUCH GRANTS, DONATIONS AND SUPPORT FOR THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE GURKHA MEMORIAL TRUST NEPAL, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, TO SUPPORT THE BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF A GURKHA CEMETERY TO COMMEMORATE THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES IN WARS FIGHTING FOR THE BRITISH SOVEREIGN.

**Activities:** Working for Ex-Gurkhas and their families here in the UK and in Nepal, who are in conditions of need, hardship or in distress by reason of their youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantages and also to work with similar charitable organisations in partnership both here in the UK and in Nepal
