|Summary ofthe main<br>achievements<br>ofthe charity<br>during the year||Fundraising<br>through Dexter's Odyssey has been more restricted<br>due.to<br>COVID 19in 2020-21, we have had people completing<br>challenges<br>even<br>with the challenge ofCOVID which has helped raise funds for us.|
|||Luckily we have had regular donations<br>from close families and friends|
|||which has helped Dexter's Odyssey through the pandemic.<br>Luckily our|
|||outgoings<br>are very manageable<br>and have enabled us to still offer our|
|||foundation<br>offerings through the pandemic|
|||The gift vouchers have been very easy for us to produce and we know by|
|||the feedback have been greatly received by the families. We know the|
|||child's treatment<br>is out ofour control but we hope with these to ease the|
|||financial<br>strain for the families we support.|
|||We have been lucky enough with our funds available to be able to ask the<br>'|
|||play team what they need and be in aposition to source everything|
|||they' ve needed up to now.|
|||We have collaborated<br>with CLIC in running<br>the monthly<br>coffee morning,|
|||but have since January 2020 been unable to run as COVID restrictions.|
|||(From previous report) Our hope for 2021-22 isto be able to offer our|
|||services to CLIC at these coffee mornings.|
|||Dexter's odyssey have now completed 2nurse presentations<br>which we|
|||enjoy passing our experietice onto newly qualified nurses. We don't take|
|||payment for these but ask for adonation to Dexter's Odyssey, we hope to|
|||run more ofthese over the next year.|
|||Dexter's Odyssey hopes to keep adapting to the NEW covid measures to|
|||ensure we can still support families.|
