Where it has<br>not been possible to return cats<br>because of illness or unsuitable<br>location they have been brought into<br>our care for treatment and then<br>rehomed to suitable locations where<br>they will be care for.<br>We have continued to receive a marked<br>increase in stray domestic/feral cats<br>requiring either neutering and/or vet<br>treatment during the year which has<br>put increased pressure on the<br>charities resources.<br>Our rehoming programme has continued<br>to be successful, mainly due to<br>advertising on our social media sites<br>and recommendations from previous<br>adopters’.<br>We have continued offering help and<br>advice to the general public through<br>direct contact and through our<br>publications and social media.<br>Our fundraising achievements and<br>performance serve to support and<br>sustain the charities main activities.<br>Our charity shop being our main<br>regular income has become very well<br>supported by the local community and<br>our support base for regular monetary<br>and /or non-monetary donation to help<br>towards veterinary costs and caring<br>for the cats/kittens in our care has<br>increased.<br>We have successfully run several<br>appeals to raise funds to cover the<br>cost of expensive, emergency and often<br>life-saving veterinary treatment for<br>the cats/kittens in care.||
