Our overarching**<br>**mission is to create an inclusive and socially responsible**<br>**community space and pathway through the medium of cricket**<br>**and related initiatives. Our primary goals encompass:**<br>**1.**<br>**Cricket Excellence: We offer comprehensive coaching**<br>**programmes catering to individuals of all ages and skill**<br>**levels, fostering cricket talent and promoting teamwork,**<br>**discipline, and sportsmanship among our members.**|






**2. Community Engagement: Active collaboration with local schools, charities, and community organisations lies at the heart of our endeavours. We host tournaments, festivals, events and initiatives aimed at addressing societal issues such as health and social cohesion.** 




**3. Charitable Work: Over the past year, we have:**

## **Our Work:** 

**1. Cricket Development: Our coaching programmes and participation in local and regional cricket leagues provide opportunities for individuals to hone their cricketing skills and enjoy the sport. We focus on nurturing talent and instilling important life values.** 


**2. Community Outreach: Collaboration with the community is pivotal. We organise tournaments, festivals, events to create a sense of belonging and empowerment among our community members.** 

**3. Youth Empowerment: We believe in empowering the youth through skill-building, leadership development, and educational support. Investing in the younger generation is essential for building a brighter future. Through our efforts, we aim to make a significant difference in the lives of our members, contribute for betterment of Birmingham.**

This is a non-**<br>**political initiate and one that is purely**<br>**addressing a humanitarian cause. We**<br>**used our social media channels to reach**<br>**out to our friends and families as well as**<br>**a cricket event to raise the target sum.**<br>**Within two weeks of our promotion, we**<br>**were able to reach our target.**|

Our particular success**<br>**was with our first team squad who had**<br>**set their heart of achieving champion**<br>**status of their premier division and then**<br>**seek promotion to the highest premier**<br>**level cricket at the amateur level.**|

## TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN 

As a very small charity we do not have financial capability to appoint an auditor, however here is the process of making sure our accounts are delivered accurately and conform to good standards in line with our values and objectives. 

- Club has a treasurer who volunteers to perform this duty 

- The treasurer is elected member of the management committee and presents monthly accounts to the management 

- The treasurer prepares the accounts on a template annually with various headings for income and expenditure • When the accounts are finalized all evidence is submitted to an independent qualified accountant who offers this service in kind and audits the accounts and finalizes them for publication 

- The accounts are annually presented at the club AGM and uploaded on the Charity Commission’s website, under Annual Return
