The trust secured grants from the Pilgrim Trust and the Architectural Heritage Fund to conduct a viability study on possible future uses for The Commodore. This study was carried out by Tim Morris of Piece Regen. The grants were gratefully received and a viability report that set out possible future uses for the building was completed and will inform our future decisions regarding the project. |
