**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO:THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY VIRTUE OF BEING HOMELESS OR THOSE WHO ARE AT RISK OF BECOMING HOMELESS IN BIRMINGHAM, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING FOOD, DRINK, ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES, RUNNING SOUP KITCHENS AND WORKING WITH EXISTING AGENCIES, SERVICES AND GROUPS TO HELP TAKE PEOPLE OFF THE STREETS AND INTO ACCOMMODATION, MOVING THEM AWAY FROM THE DESTRUCTIVE LIFESTYLE THAT HOMELESSNESS BRINGS.

**Activities:** Providing food, drink, essential supplies and friendship to people who are homeless in Birmingham; be that rough sleepers, or those without a permanent address by running soup kitchens every night in Birmingham City Centre, serving hot and cold food and drinks and aiming to work with existing agencies, services and groups to help take people off the streets and into accommodation.
