In doing**<br>**so, she was able to look to benefit the**<br>**charity in new ways whilst the charity**<br>**was unable to accept clients due to the**<br>**Pandemic preventing our vulnerable**<br>**clients from taking any risk with social**<br>**gatherings.**<br>**As a direct result of her training she**<br>**became aware of integrated care services**<br>**and a new department within this called**<br>**staff health and well-being. They**<br>**sign-post NHS staff to wellbeing**<br>**therapies. We explored this further and**<br>**decided to link in with this organisation**<br>**to provide support to clients once NHS**<br>**covid guidance allowed groups to gather**<br>**outside.**|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|**As already mentioned the pandemic**<br>**prevented us from being able to open our**<br>**charity due to restrictions on social**<br>**gatherings throughout a large part of**<br>**2020, coupled with the fact that our**<br>**existing client base were largely all**<br>**shielding.**<br>**However this time was well spent**<br>**gathering information to send the charity**<br>**in a new direction to help those NHS**<br>**Frontline staff whilst linking in with an**<br>**emerging new NHS organisation**<br>**purposely designed for this.**<br>**We also used this time to explore skilled**<br>**volunteers who could contribute to this**<br>**new service and sourced two excellent**<br>**mindfulness and greencare therapy**<br>**coaches as well as retaining an existing**<br>**excellent tai chi instructor.**<br>**This year was also spent revamping our**<br>**website and updating the profiles on our**<br>**volunteers.**<br>**Dr Sanghera also trained to volunteer to**<br>**help during the early stages of the**<br>**pandemic on the helplines and had**<br>**successful surgery which would**<br>**eventually allow her to then embark on a**<br>**training programme to re-enter general**<br>**practice**|
