**Objects:** TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF A SAFE AND AFFORDABLE COUNSELLING SERVICE.

**Activities:** We provide counselling, drop-in support services and the distribution of food goods to vulnerable individuals and their families directly affected by issues such as suicide, self harm and depression. We offer a safe and empathetic environment in three locations across Flintshire in order to facilitate improved mental health and a safer community. Volunteer in our charity shop or across services.
