The organization commenced oPerat￿S in Septembef 2016 ar￿ wa? officially registered as a charity
on 30 May 2018. The charitys primary objective is lo offer memory and mind-stimulating activities,
entertainment, outdoor activities e,g, visits, connecting with green spaces, along with mc¥Jerale
phystcal activities lor individuals of any age living in London who i? experiencing mild to moderate
memory issues, depression, or loneliness, hwsebound due lo terminal conditions. Ovr services also
encompass outreach, help, advice, informatson, volunteering opportunitses, and siqnkN)sb'ng lo other
health nthorklprofessionals.

MAIN ACMVITIES- PUBLIC BENEFITS
This year, our seNlces have been remarkably successful. We provided services to SOO users and
engaged 800 volunteers through various projeGt5. We continued to thrive at Newham General
Hospital's Dementia UniL offering one-to-one patient inleraclions through painting, crats, and
reminisclng aclbvits'es involving muslc, dance. and singing. This inits'alive was highly successful among
patients and staff. leadlng to request5 for future extsnslons.
We have expanded our seNices to different parts of London. Notably, we inib'ated seryices at Sutton
Lodge Day Centre called "Forget Me Not Project at Sutton" Additionally, our kyojects "Creative
Mindsev, and "MiThY and Memories. were successfully completed at the Barbkan Library. among
palionls and staff. As a result, we We￿ asked to extend these services in the future,
Our City Memory Group, now known as "Forget Me Not Project in the City Group," at BafÈ4can is also
performing exceptlonalty well. We have received continuous positlve feedback from users. families,
volunteer5, and guest volunteers, resulting in an over-subscriptionl It is noteworthy that we started this
group in 2016 with only seven users and Th) volunteers,. we now have 44 users and 12 regular
volunteers, with continued growth. We have maintained relalionshlps with OfganizalM)ns such as the
East London Business Aliance IELBAI, Big Alliance, Standard Chartered Bank, and Acuty
International, providing them opportunities to participate as guest volunteers in various projects.
Our CEO, Madhumffta Bose, has been resp)nsible for managing all London serykes for the past nine
years.
