**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED UP TO AND INCLUDING 18 YEARS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY THE PROVISION OF BURSARIES TO ENABLE CHILDREN TO ATTEND INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS AND FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF TUTORING.

**Activities:** The object of the CIO is, for the public benefit, to promote the education of children and young people aged up to and including 18 years in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including by the provision of bursaries to enable children to attend independent schools and further and higher education and the provision of tutoring.
