**Braemar Avenue Baptist Church, London, N22 7BY www.jrem.org.uk** ## **Jesus’ Return Evangelical Ministry** ## **2020 Annual Report** ## **MEMBERSHIP ADULTS----15** ## **CHILDREN 6** There wasn't much activities recorded in 2020 due to the Corona Virus pandemic which kept all of us at home and prevented us from holding regular physical church services in 2020 ## **Activities** We organised and supplied groceries to some of our members, particularly those who caught the virus, and those with special needs. We donated regular foodstuffs to them and kept in touch with them throughout the pandemic periods. We also supported our members overseas with foodstuffs and clothes and shoes. Also, we organised Zoom meetings three times a week, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, where we shared the word of God with them and prayed for them. We offered counselling to those who needed it. It is worth reporting, the effect of the pandemic on our church membership, coupled with the fact that ninety percent of our members have special needs, our attendance has been adversely affected. We started the church with 21 adult members in 2017, this has reduced to 15 four years later. However, the good thing that is also worth reporting about the pandemic is the healing miracles that some of our members received. About five of our member caught the virus, we prayed earnestly for them, even though it was via Zoom, they all got healed, one after the other. We thank God we did not loose any of them to Corona Virus. On the 29th of June 2021, the founder of this ministry, Elizabeth Williams was ordained in Nigeria as a Reverend. ## **Gratitude--** We give glory to the Lord for how far he has helped and led us and for preserving the lives of our members.
