## **NEURAM-UK ACTIVITIES IN 2023-24** 

The objects of NEURAM-UK are the relief of sickness and the promotion of good health for the benefit of the public, but not exclusively by the provision of such grants and donations for the following: 

- advancing the development and improving the quality of 

- neurological rehabilitation 

- stimulating collaboration between clinicians and others 

- with an interest in neurological rehabilitation 

• facilitating the exchange of knowledge and scientific research between clinicians and others with an interest in neurological rehabilitation. 

In 2023-24 we focused on three areas: 

1. Fund research on the effects of Covid on people with neurological disability. 

2. Pay for researcher’s attendance at international conference in Vienna in December 2022 

3. Provide funding for collecting, transporting and distributing wheelchairs in Mauritius (December 2023).
