To help to preserve and protect the health of people in the villages of Marloes, Dale, St Brides and the surrounding areas by providing, assisting in the provision of and managing the maintenance of public access defibrillators and other public access technological solutions for pre-hospital / pre-ambulance care (hereinafter referred to as PADs).

Objects: To Preserve And Protect The Health Of People In The Villages Of Marloes, Dale, St Brides And The Surrounding Areas For The Public Benefit By:1) Providing, And Assisting In The Provision Of And Managing The Maintenance Of Public Access Defibrillators And Other Public Access Technological Solutions For Pre-Hospital /Pre-Ambulance Care (Hereinafter Referred To As Pads) Any By Such Charitable Means As The Trustees Shall See Fit Which Are In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Welsh Ambulance Service;2) To Raise Public Awareness Of The Pads And Of The Other Services Of The CIO.3) To Familiarise The Public In The Use Of Pads And Other Services Of The CIO.
