In selerting individuals for appolntment, the charlty trustees are to take into conslderation the skllls,
knowledge and experience needed for the effertlve admlnlstratSon of the charlty.
The governance of V151on Temple of Pralse rest wlth the Trustees and the Preslding Bishop who Is responslble
for the Implementatlon of all policles and procedures and the regular revlew and control of the fSnanclal
resources.

The Church has referred to the guSdance contalned in the Charity Commlssion's gèneral Buldance on publlc
beneflt when revlewing the aims and objective5 and in planning the future actlvltle$. The main objectives of
the charity are as follows..
l. To advance the Chrlstian falth In ac¢ordan¢e wlth the Statement of Bellefs.
2. To help relieve sicknes5 through prayer and help relieve financlal hardship and promote and preserve good
health by the provlsion of short-term interest free loans, meals or services of any kind including through the
provision of counselling and support.

3. To promote community facilities for educational, recreational, and other leisure time occupation in the
Interests of social welfare for persons who have need by reason of thelr youth, poverty, or soclal or econom1¢
clrcumstances wlth the idea of improving thelr Ilves.
To fulfil these objectives, the Chtsrch holds regular meetings where members and the wider public can attend
to worshlpi pray* and obtsln teachlng on and partlcipate In dlscusslons about falth.

We contlnue to support people who have come to the Mlnlstry wlth mental health15sues by PFoviding prayer,
teachin81 counselllngi and friendshlp and offer telephone support.
The Church contlnues to provlde servlces for funerals, weddln8s, and chrlstenln8S.
To continue to provlde our weekly Christlan Educatlon and Blbl• studles.
To provlde transportation lor th05¢ in need to enable and for those who wlsh to attend weekly servl¢es.
The charlty alms to bulld and transltlon onllne wlth Ilve serv1￿$ to advance the Christlan faith Sn accordance
wSth our statement of belSef and to reach those unable to attend the weekly church servlces. To make
Chrlstmas party an annual event for the elderly and chlldren In the local area and user5 of the charlty.
