Trustees Annual Report for Financial Year 2024-2025 

As Chairman of the Woodmancote CIO, I wish to submit the following report for the financial year 2024-2025. 

This year was the last for Woodmancote Hall CIO. There has been no activity in terms of fundraising and no change in Trustees. At a General Meeting called on 29[th] April 2024, the current trustees voted on a decision to close the CIO on a permanent basis. This was reported upon the closure of the CIO’s bank accounts on 30[th] May 2024. 

Interested parties should consult the documents submitted to the Charity Commission on that date. The Trustees voted unanimously to close the CIO forthwith. The remaining funds stated in the annual accounts below were transferred to the Current Account of Woodmancote Parish Council forthwith.
