## **Trustees Annual Report for Financial Year 2022-23** 

As Chairman of the Woodmancote Hall CIO, I wish to submit the following report for the financial year 2022-23. 

This last year has been a static year as far as activities for the Woodmancote Hall are concerned, as there has been no activity in terms of fundraising and neither has there been any change in Trustees. 

The trustees intend to monitor the status of Woodmancote Hall CIO for the next year and take any action appropriate to the situation. 

Our aim is to secure new facilities for Woodmancote Parish Council and hope to report on success for this aim in the coming year.
