## **Trustees Annual Report for Financial Year 2021-22** 

As Chairman of the Woodmancote Hall CIO, I wish to submit the following report for the financial year 2021-22. 

The past year has been a totally static year as far as activities for the Woodmancote Hall are concerned, as there has been no activity in terms of fundraising and neither has there been any change in Trustees. 

The trustees intend to monitor the status of Woodmancote Hall for the next year and take any action appropriate to the situation. 

Our aim is to secure new land for the CIO to rebuild the new hall for Woodmancote and hope to report on success for this aim in the coming year.
