**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ESTABLISH AND RUN A VILLAGE HALL AND TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WOODMANCOTE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, IN THE DISTRICT OF HORSHAM, WEST SUSSEX (“AREA OF BENEFIT”) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE,DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The original intent of the CIO was to renovate Woodmancote Parish Hall for use by parishioners. This Hall has been sold by Henfield Parish (September 2020) as renovation was too costly. The CIO has now established that the Parish Council has committed an area of land on the Parish Playing Field by a lease allowing the CIO to build a new Hall. Current funds held will now be used for this purpose.
