## Welcome and Apologies 

Mrs Catryn Horwood welcomed and thanked everyone for attending. 

## Minutes from the Annual General Meetng 2021 

The minutes of the Annual General Minutes held on the 10[th] of April 2022 via zoom were read an accepted as true. 

## Treasurers report 

Mrs Catryn Horwood discussed the income and expenditure and noted that the cylch will need to apply for grants to ensure that the cylch could remain open. She also noted that it could be an idea to reduce our opening days if there isn't more children attending the setting.  Fundraising is also vital and ask that all committee members ensure and help raise as much money as possible. 

## Secretary report 

The secretary Darlene Davies thanked the staff for all their hard work during the year. 

## Chairperson’s report 

Mrs Catryn Horwood thanked the staff for all their hard work during such a difficult year.

## Appointment of new commitee members 

Catryn Horwood to be appointed as Chair Person 

Michelle Davies to be appointed as treasurer. 



Linda Evans to be appointed as Registered person.
